ABOUT Veg Home Style Thai rice RECIPE

This is a Thai dish prepared in a green coriander paste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 2 cups
  2. 2 tbsp coriander leaves paste
  3. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  4. Green chilies 1-2
  5. Chopped mixed veggies 1 cup
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Make a paste with the coriander leaves and green chillies.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add in the chopped garlic and chopped veggies. Saute for a few minutes and add in the green paste.
  3. Saute for another 2 minutes, then add in the cooked rice.
  4. Add salt as per taste and give it a nice mix.
  5. This dish is ready to be served.
