Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 100 grams Broccoli
  2. 100 grams carrots
  3. 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
  4. 3-4 baby corns
  5. 1-2 bulb and greens of spring onions
  6. 1 cup shredded cabbage
  7. 2 ripe tomatoes
  8. 1 tbsp ginger-garlic and red chilli paste
  9. 1 50 gm packet maggi coconut powder
  10. 1-2 stalks of Lemon grass
  11. 4-5 basil leaves
  12. 1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
  13. A stick of celery
  14. A tsp of crushed garlic
  15. 2-3 tbsp Olive oil
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Paprika to sprinkle on top
  18. Pepper as per taste
  19. 4 -5 Venkys pepper chicken sausages

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all the veggies and keep them ready.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan, saute the onions first and then the crushed garlic. Now add in all the veggies and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Make a thin cup of the coconut powder milk with water. Add the ginger-garlic chilli paste to this and pour it into the veggies.
  4. Now add salt paprika and fennel seeds at this stage. Then add basil, lemon grass and celery to the veggies.
  5. Next add in the sliced chicken sausages. (Keep 1-2 sausages aside to garnish)
  6. Pour in water as required for the gravy. Simmer and cook for 10 mins.
  7. Transfer in a serving dish and serve it hot with plain rice.
