Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread 5-6 pieces
  2. For the filling:-
  3. Carrot 1 grated
  4. Onion 1 chopped
  5. Potatoes 2 boiled
  6. Peas boiled 1/2 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves, handful
  12. For the batter:-
  13. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  14. Semolina 1/4 cup
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  17. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. For the filling, boil and mash the potatoes, then add in the vegetables, all the ingredients and mix it well. The stuffing is ready.
  2. For the batter, take a bowl, add in all the ingredients, then pour in water, mix it well and the batter is ready.
  3. Remove the edges of the bread and cut them in round shapes.
  4. Take one slice of bread, spread this stuffing on it and cover it with another slice. Cover it with the batter and deep fry in a medium flame.
  5. Serve these hot coins with tomato sauce.
