ABOUT Masala Egg Maggi RECIPE

Simple Maggi recipe with a twist on a good or boring Sunday, tiring weekdays, or tea time snacks. Masala egg maggi is a perfect and delicious dish of Indo-Chinese cuisine. Egg maggi is a perfect snack and it is a total crowd seeker. Nobody can resist this yummilisious and mouthwatering appetizer. From kids to grownups, masala egg maggi never fails to attempt the crowd. Egg maggi is one of the favorite breakfast for everyone. Masala egg maggi is a quick and easy recipe, you can prepare it in a few minutes. To prepare masala egg maggi add the chopped green chilies and onions to the hot oil and sauté them. Then add the tomatoes, ginger garlic paste maggi masala , red chili powder and sauté them well. Now add the boiled vegetables of your choice, then add in one beaten egg and scramble it with the veggies. Pour in the water and let it cook, now add the maggi noodles and salt to it and cook it perfectly. Garnish it with the chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 sachet maggi (I used maggi curry flavour)
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 1 large tomato
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 cube of chicken stock
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Frozen vegetables or cooked vegetables 1/2 cup
  9. 1 egg
  10. Finely chopped coriander leaves, handful
  11. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. In a kadai, add oil to heat, then add in the green chilli and onions, saute till it's translucent in colour.
  2. Next, add in the tomatoes, then add in the ginger-garlic paste.Tear open and add the maggi masala available inside the packet. Then add in the red chilli powder and saute it well. Now add in the cooked veggies or frozen veggies and saute well.
  3. Move the veggies to the side and add in one beaten egg. Scramble it and mix well.
  4. Pour in the chicken stock or stock water. Let it cook, then add 2 cups of stock water or water. Add salt if required and continue cooking.
  5. Next add the maggi noodles and let it cook. Once the water starts draining add in the chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Serve it hot.
