Ingredients to make Choco Fruit Cake (Eggless)

  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup atta
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 5-6 drops Vanilla essence
  • Dry fruits ( of your choice)- a handful
  • Tutti frutti- a handful
  • Chocolate (small pieces)- a handful

How to make Choco Fruit Cake (Eggless)

  1. Sieve the maida, atta, baking powder, baking soda and powdered sugar all together.
  2. In it, add the butter( melted), essence and milk to other ingredients. Make a smooth batter.
  3. Next, add in some dry fruits, tutti frutti and chocolate.
  4. Grease a cake tin and add the batter to it.
  5. Top it up with the remaining dry fruits, tutti frutti and chocolates.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  7. Let it cool and enjoy the cake.

My Tip:

Sieving helps in accumulating air to the flour which results in making the cake spongy.
