ABOUT Jelly Custard with Fresh Fruits (Filipino Style) RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Custard powder 4 tsp
  2. Sugar 4 tbsp
  3. Milk 500 gms
  4. Gello jelly 1 sachet
  5. Water 2 cups
  6. Fresh fruits 1 cup (cut in cubes)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jelly as per the packet instructions. Put it in a greased mould for 30 mins.
  2. Take 500 ml milk, from this use 4 tsp milk to make a paste with the custard powder.
  3. Boil the rest of the milk, now add in the custard paste mixture.
  4. Keep boiling until the mixture gets thickened. Then turn off the gas.
  5. Take another greased bowl, put in half of the custard mixture.
  6. Arrange the jelly cubes and fresh fruits, now pour in the rest of the custard.
  7. Let it freeze for 2 hrs.
  8. After this time, cut and serve it chilled.
