Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sphagetti 1 pack
  2. olive oil as required
  3. Garlic 1 pod
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Freshly ground black pepper
  6. 2 tbsp Butter
  7. Few olives, chopped (Optional)
  8. Oregano 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli flakes as per taste (Optional)


  1. Boil the Sphagetti in a frying pan, fill water just to cover. Add 2 tsp of salt. Let it boil and simmer.
  2. In a large wok, add the butter and grate in the garlic as the butter melts.
  3. Add additional ingredients if using like olives, sun dried tomatoes etc.
  4. Transfer the boiled Sphagetti in the pan. Add a generous amount of olive oil. Toss for a few seconds.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes if using now.
  6. Serve hot, add more olive oil if required.
