ABOUT Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup RECIPE

In this soup, leftover water of boiled palak and methi leaves is used with some spices.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Leftover water of boiled palak and methi leaves- 4 cups
  2. Cauliflower sliced very thin- 1/4 cup
  3. Broccoli sliced - 1/4 cup
  4. Rice flour- 1 tsp
  5. Soya sauce- 1 tsp
  6. Chilli sauce- 1/2 tsp
  7. Tomato ketchup- 1/2 tsp
  8. Sugar- 1/4 tsp
  9. Clarified butter- 2 tsp
  10. Crushed garlic- 1 tsp
  11. Black pepper as per taste
  12. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take the clarified butter in a pan. Add in the crushed garlic and saute it for a few seconds.
  2. Then add in both the cauliflower and broccoli to it. Cook it in a medium flame for 2-4 minutes.
  3. Then pour in the spinach water to it. Separately, in 3 tsp of spinach water mix in the rice flour and add this in too.
  4. Next add in the salt, black pepper, sugar and sauces. Mix it well.
  5. Cook it for 5 minutes and serve it.
