Ingredients to make Pad Thai

  • 1 packet Pad Thai Noodles
  • 2 nos Bok choy, chopped
  • 1/2 of Green and Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 10 nos mushroom, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 no onion, sliced
  • 3 pods garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
  • 3 nos Thai red chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Salted peanuts, crushed
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt as required

How to make Pad Thai

  1. Cook the pad thai noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Then drain and keep aside.
  2. Heat a large pan/wok, add oil to heat, then saute the onions, garlic, ginger, chillies, bok choy, mushrooms, sprouts, peppers, salt and toss it well.
  3. Add the rice noodles and mix it well, then add in the soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, give it a good toss, then add in the peanuts.
  4. Serve it instantly for best taste.
