ABOUT Masala Chai mug Cake with white chocolate RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/4 and 2 tbsp flour
  2. 2 tbsp Sugar
  3. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. 1/4 cup and 2 tbsp milk
  6. 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  7. 2 tbsp Butter
  8. 2 masala tea bags

Instructions

  1. Make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature.
  2. In a microwave safe cup add milk and 2 tea bags of choice and microwave for 30 seconds. Let it steep.
  3. After one minute, squeeze out the tea bags and add butter.
  4. Add the vanilla extract.
  5. Mix well to dissolve the butter. Add in flour, sugar, baking powder and whisk until there are no lumps.
  6. Microwave for 2 minutes and garnish with white chocolate.
