Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Penne pasta 1 cup
  2. Olive oil - 2-3 tsp
  3. Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  4. Onion finely chopped 1
  5. Mixed bell pepper 1/2 bowl diced
  6. Zucchini 1/2 bowl chopped
  7. Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  8. Cream cheese spread 3-4 tsp
  9. Tomato puree 1 cup
  10. Sugar a pinch
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  13. Pav bhaji masala 2 tsp
  14. Milk 1/2 cup
  15. Butter 3-4 tsp
  16. Garlic bread 2-3 slices

Instructions

  1. Take a pot and boil water in it, then add in the salt + 2 tsp oil and put in the penne pasta. Let the pasta boil for 15-20 mins on simmer until it's medium cooked.
  2. Then drain the water and put in 2-3 tsp oil to avoid the stickiness.
  3. Take a pan, put in oil to heat, then add in the garlic and saute. Then add in the onion.
  4. Now add in all the veggies and saute, don't cook it too much let a little crunch be sustained.
  5. Then add in salt to taste, chilli flakes, pav bhaji masala and mix it well. Put in the tomato puree, cream chesse and spread a little milk, mix it well.
  6. Pour some more cold milk if required. Lastly put in the boiled pasta and mix it well.
  7. Let it simmer for 2-3 mins until the pasta absorbs all the flavour.
  8. Serve it hot with garlic toasties.

@Manisha i think it means 1/2 cup that is half a cup...

Milk 12 cups ? I think it's a typing mistake ???
