This is one of my favourite recipes ever! Thanks for sharing dear :)
Pour oil in a deep bottomed pan, add in the cumin seeds and allow them to crackle, then add in the chopped garlic, onions, green chilli and saute.
Now add in the beetroot and saute. Next add in the ginger-garlic paste and saute well.
Now add in the garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder. Then add in the fenugreek leaves and saute it.
Add in the tomatoes and saute, then add salt in it.
Cover the lid and allow it to cook. Open the lid when it's cooked.
SERVING: 2
