Honey Chilli Potatoes

Ingredients to make Honey Chilli Potatoes

  • potatoes 3 cut into finger shapes
  • garlic cloves 2 minced
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1 and 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • For the Sauce:
  • tomato ketchup 1 tsp
  • red chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • vinegar 1 tsp
  • honey 1 and 1/2 tsp
  • garlic cloves 2 tsp grated
  • oil 1/2 tsp
  • To garnish:
  • Green spring onion 1 tsp chopped
  • sesame seeds 1 tsp

How to make Honey Chilli Potatoes

  1. Take a bowl, add in the potatoes, corn flour, red chilli powder, garlic, tomato ketchup, salt and toss it well. Deep fry the potatoes till a golden brown shade is formed.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil to heat, then add the garlic and saute on a high flame for few seconds.
  3. Add red chilli sauce to the sauce and vinegar, combine and add the fried potatoes and toss it for a minute.
  4. Add honey and toss it well. Then turn off the heat.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green spring onion.
