Instant Vada

Ingredients to make Instant Vada

  • Fried Gram- 4 Tablespoons
  • onion- 1 (finely chopped)
  • ginger - 1/2 teaspoon (grated)
  • green chillies- 2
  • curry leaves- few
  • oil- for frying
  • salt to taste

How to make Instant Vada

  1. Grind the fried grams to form a coarse dough with green chillies and some water.
  2. Add in the finely chopped onion, grated ginger, chopped curry leaves and salt to the coarsely ground dough and mix them well together.
  3. Make the vada patties.
  4. Heat up oil in a pan and fry the vadas on a low-medium flame.
  5. Serve hot with any chutney.
