ABOUT Coconut Chutney with Green Mango RECIPE

A very versatile and tasty accompaniment with curd rice or rice gruel or even dosa/idli

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Cups freshly grated coconut
  2. 1 tbsp raw green mango chopped
  3. 2-3 button onions
  4. 2 green chillies chopped
  5. A few curry leaves
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind the coconut in the mixer with salt, after a few seconds add the onions and green chillies.
  2. Add the curry leaves and process for 20 seconds.The onions, green chillies and curry leaves should be visible in small bits .
  3. The chutney should be rough in texture.
