Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa batter 2 cups
  2. 3 Onions finely chopped
  3. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  4. A generous amount of coriander leaves
  5. Few curry leaves
  6. 1 tsp sugar
  7. 1 tbsp garlic paste/grated
  8. Oil as required
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Firstly in a bowl, mix the onions, chillies, garlic, coriander, sugar, curry leaves and salt together.
  2. Heat a pan, then pour some batter on the pan.
  3. Immediately take a a generous amount of the onion mixture and spread it on the batter, next flatten the batter (preferably with your hand).
  4. Once it looks half cooked, drizzle oil all over the dosa. Then turn the dosa, let the side of the onion spread and roast till the onions turn dark brown in colour.
  5. Serve it hot with coriander and coconut chutney.
