ABOUT Badam Kulfi RECIPE

The Indian ice cream which is a sweet cooling delight with almonds.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 ml Milk
  2. 100g Condensed milk
  3. 2 tbsp Sugar
  4. 2 tbsp Almonds finely chopped
  5. 1 tsp Corn flour
  6. A few saffron strands

Instructions

  1. Mix corn flour with some milk and keep aside.
  2. Bring the milk and condensed milk to boil in a pan.
  3. Simmer and add almonds.
  4. Add the corn flour mixture and cool for 5 mins.
  5. Remove from heat and add saffron strands. Let it cool for 5 mins.
  6. Pour the kulfi mixture into kulfi bowls and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Enjoy the next day!

I think in 4 point it's written to cook instead of cool for 5 mins....
