Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough:-
  2. maida 2 cups
  3. Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  4. sugar 1 tablespoon
  5. salt 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Condensed milk 1 tablespoon
  7. 1 egg
  8. water for kneading
  9. Vegetable oil for coating
  10. For stuffing:-
  11. 1 egg
  12. 1 Banana(sliced to 1/4" thick)
  13. oil for frying
  14. butter for flavour
  15. Condensed milk for drizzling


  1. Mix maida, egg, condensed milk, sugar, salt, baking powder to make a smooth dough in a large bowl.
  2. Coat the dough with vegetable oil and set it aside for atleast 30 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough more and make it into small ball.
  4. Coat them with vegetable oil and spread the dough as thin as possible using a rolling pin. (Roll it just like Rumali Roti)
  5. In another bowl, beat the egg and add sliced banana well.
  6. Sprinkle some oil in hot pan and place the flat dough.
  7. Stuffed with the prepared mixed sliced banana and egg in the middle.
  8. Wrap the dough like a purse covering the filling (shown in the picture)
  9. Put 1 tablespoon butter on top of the pancake and flip it over and fry for a minute or until it becomes golden brown.
  10. Serve warm drizzled with condensed milk or you can also add powdered sugar or according to your taste.
