Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken breast cut into strips 1/2 kilograms
  2. Lemon zest 1 lime
  3. Juice of 1 full lemon
  4. Crushed ginger garlic 3 tablespoon
  5. Cornflour 2 tablespoon
  6. SRR chicken lollipop masala 1 small pack
  7. Panko bread crumbs
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Pepper 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except bread crumbs for an hour.
  2. Heat oil in deep dish.
  3. Coat the chicken in panko crumbs and deep fry.
