Schezwan Noodles

Ingredients to make Schezwan Noodles

  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Vegetables ( beans, cabbage, spring onion)
  • ginger (1 spoon finely chopped)
  • garlic (1 spoon finely chopped)
  • Ajinomoto ( a pinch)
  • vinegar
  • red chilli paste
  • Black pepper powder
  • chilli flakes
  • salt as per taste

How to make Schezwan Noodles

  1. Boil noodles for 5 minutes. Add little oil and salt.
  2. Strain the water from noodles.
  3. In a pan, add oil, add beans, cabbage, onion, ginger, garlic and saute for a minute.
  4. Add red chilli paste ajinomoto and salt.
  5. Add boiled noodles, add black pepper powder and chilli flakes in it, lastly add 1 spoon vinegar.
  6. Mix well and garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
