ABOUT Orange Smoothie for Weight Loss RECIPE

Orange gives a nice flavor. Almond makes the smoothie thick. Carrot also makes the smoothie thick. I feel this smoothie comes good only with frozen oranges and soaked almonds. Otherwise the consistency will become crumby and undesirable to drink !!

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Frozen oranges - 1 sliced
  2. Carrot - a small piece
  3. Soaked Almonds - a handful
  4. Honey or Raw Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take soaked almonds in a blender and grind it to a smooth paste.
  2. Add frozen oranges and carrot to it. Add sugar or honey. Puree the entire mixture again.
  3. Add a cup of water and give a final pulse. Transfer it to a glass and serve chill.
