ABOUT Dry fruits & mixed flour laddus RECIPE

Deliciousness of the pure ghee with richness of the dry fruits and 3 types of flour makes this laddu, really special and tasty to the core.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ghee - 1/4 th cup
  2. Besan - 1/2 cup
  3. Wheat flour - 1/4 th cup
  4. Rawa - 1/4 th cup
  5. Chopped almonds - 1/8 th cup
  6. Chopped pistachios - 1/8 th cup
  7. Chopped cashew nuts - 1/8 th cup
  8. Kismis - 20
  9. Powdered sugar - 3/4 th cup
  10. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the Rawa in a non stick till light brown and keep aside.
  2. Now in the same pan, add the ghee, followed by the besan, keep stirring for about 2 minutes.
  3. Then add the wheat flour and stir. Cook on till the mixture is golden brown and smells done.
  4. Take it out into a mixing bowl, add the roasted Rawa to it and mix.
  5. Add the chopped nuts, Kismis to the above and mix. Cool this till the mixture is just warm and workable.
  6. Then add the powdered sugar, Elaichi powder and mix thoroughly.
  7. Then shape them into small laddus, decorate with silver warq and serve.
