Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked Almond - 20 Nos (Soak overnight)
  2. Ripe Banana - 1 Nos


  1. Peel almonds (To peel faster, add a cup of boiling water to soaked almond. The skin will shrink and it becomes easier to peel) and blend them in a mixer to extract creamy Almond Milk.
  2. Blend with peeled banana into a smoothie. Add water as required to dilute. Sweetness of Almond itself should suffice. Add honey if need be.
