- •500 gms (mota or barik that's totally your choice. I personally prefer barik . The texture is much softer)

- •500 gms boora chinni or powdered
- •300 gms
How to make Besan Panjiri
My Tip:Almonds will be done in maximum 3 to 4 minutes. Don't over roast or rest almonds will burn. Use boora chinni (desi sugar) for best results
