Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated coconut 1 bowl
  2. Pulses(labia )1 cup
  3. 1 Big Potato
  4. 1 big carrot. 6-7 beans
  5. Some cauliflower
  6. 4-5 ladies finger
  7. 1 big onion
  8. 2 tomatoes
  9. few curry leaves
  10. 1 maggie cube
  11. 1 teaspoon sounf
  12. Few coriander leaves
  13. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak pulses for 1/2 n hour
  2. Grind greated coconut onion chopped saunf turmeric powder. Red chilli
  3. Cook pulses (lobia)for 1 whistles and add vegetables atleast for another whistles
  4. Except ladies finger add the grinded paste to a pan add ladies finger.
  5. Next tomato chopped. Onion chopped. N cook for 5 minutes. And add the cook pulses ()lobia) veggies.
  6. Then add Maggie cube. Salt. Coriander leaves. N curry leaves
  7. Yummy n healthy vegetable curry is ready to serve
