Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet potato 4 to 5 medium size
  2. Sugar 1cup
  3. Ghee 2 table spoon
  4. Chashew crushed 2tablespoon


  1. First cook the sweet potatoes in a cooker for 15 minutes wit the peels..
  2. Then take out the sweet potatoes n let it cool, remove the skin n mash it .
  3. Now take apan heat the ghee n put the crushed cashewnuts in it. Wen it turn golden. Remove from the flame n keep aside.
  4. Take the same pan n now add the sweet potatoes to the remaining ghee.. cook for five minutes, then add 1 cup milk, let it cook fo 10 minutes,
  5. Then add sugar n one more cup milk..
  6. Allow it to cook.. n keep stirring.
  7. After its cooked pan will leave ghee. Now remove from flame n add the cashew on it.
  8. And ur dalwa is ready..
