ABOUT Healthy Poached egg in Brown Bread RECIPE

A heathy breakfast. This is poached egg in Bread, capsicum and tomato rings.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 2 slices of brown bread
  3. Cookie cutter to cut a round hole in bread
  4. Capsicum cut in rings
  5. Tomato cut in rings
  6. 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  7. Salt and black pepper according to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat tawa and saute capsicum & tomato rings in salt.
  2. Break the egg in a bowl.
  3. First add capsicum then tomato in the hole made in the bread.
  4. Pour the egg in the hole in the bread. Cover with lid. Cook for some time.
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper and chili flakes on top.
  6. Serve with sauce.
