Ingredients to make curry leaves paneer

  • paneer - cubed 100 grams
  • curry leaves - handful
  • onion - 1 Finely Chopped
  • tomato - 1 finely chopped
  • onion,ginger,garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder - 2 teaspoons
  • curry powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt -to taste
  • oil - as needed
  • fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon for tempering

How to make curry leaves paneer

  1. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a kadai and saute onion, tomato and curry leaves.Once everything gets done, cool it and make a smooth paste.
  2. Now heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a kadai and add fennel seeds.Once it crackles, add onion, ginger, garlic paste. saute it well.
  3. Now add the paste made from onion,tomato and curry leaves and saute it well.
  4. add all the spice powders-turmeric powder,red chilli powder ,coriander powder and curry powder.saute till everything combines well.
  5. Adjust the consistency by adding enough water and cook till oil separates.
  6. Finally add paneer cubes and cook for a minute.switch off the flame and serve.

My Tip:

You can make this as a base sauce and add your desired vegetables
