Sweet , sour , healthy jam , try it with paratha , bread , roti

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Fresh amla 150 gms
  2. grapes 50 gms
  3. Sugar 100 gms
  4. honey 50 ml
  5. apple cider vinegar 2 tsp
  6. Dry ginger powder 1/4 tsp
  7. salt 1/4 tsp
  8. Cinnamon powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pan with a pinch of salt
  2. Add amla or goose berries
  3. Cover it and boil for 10-12 mins
  4. Discard the seeds when it becomes cool
  5. Now boil grapes for 4-5 mins
  6. When cold, grind together amla and Grapes into a fine paste with sugar
  7. Heat a nonstick pan
  8. Add amla paste , add all the other ingredients
  9. Stir continuously, when the mixture reaches the jam like consistency, switch off the gas .
  10. Serve with bread or paratha
  11. Store in a airtight container
