Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 potato boiled
  2. 2 pieces chicken legs
  3. 50 gm broccoli
  4. 1/2 carrot
  5. 5-6 beans
  6. 1 boiled egg
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 100 gm butter
  9. 1inch ginger
  10. 10 cloves of garlic
  11. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  12. 2tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken for an hour with the paste of 5 garlic of 1/2 inch ginger, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice
  2. Cut all vegetables and boil for 2 minutes. Immediately put into ice water.
  3. Put 3 tsp butter in a pan and fry vegetables with crushed black pepper for 1 minute. Keep aside.
  4. Roast chicken legs in an oven.
  5. Saute chopped garlic in butter in a pan till brown in colour. Keep aside.
  6. Take a bowl and mashed potatoes with left over butter. Mix sauteed garlic with this and add salt, crushed pepper.
  7. Now plate with mashed potatoes and roasted chicken with sauteed vegetables.
