ABOUT Gur Adrak Halwa RECIPE

It is used as a home remedy for any kind of cough and cold and can be eaten as a dessert. It is very healthy to eat in the winter season.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Crushed jaggery 1 tbsp
  2. Ghee 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger paste 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in the pan and add ginger paste in it.
  2. Saute it for few seconds and add jaggery.
  3. When the jaggery totally melts into the paste roast a little for few seconds.
  4. Turn off the flame and serve hot.
