ABOUT Veg Soya Chilli RECIPE

This is a perfect vegetable to put in the lunch box, when you cant think what to cook. Easy and quick, I actually made it today for my own lunchbox because I did not want to take regular dal chawal sabji roti to office. :)

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion- 1 finely chopped
  2. Capsicum one medium , chopped finely
  3. Tomato 1 finely chopped
  4. half cup Soya granules
  5. Green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce , corn flour , vinegar ( 1 tbsp each ) mix them all together with little water
  6. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  7. 1 tsp Maggi masala.

Instructions

  1. boil soya granules in water with salt and after boiling remove water and keep aside
  2. take a pan and put it on gas to heat put a spoonful of oil . after the oil is heated , put onion and capsicum mix in it and saute them on high flame for a minute. after that put tomatoes and saute again. put sauce mixes with granules. saute them
  3. Lower the heat and let it cook for few more minute. put tomato ketchup at this step. sprinkle Maggi masala at this point and adjust the taste as per your choice. Done. wrap it in roti or eat it with roti.
