Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Besan / Gram Flour - 250 gm
  2. Sugar - 125 gm
  3. Ghee - 150 gm
  4. Almonds and cashews chunks 50 gm

Instructions

  1. Sift the gram flour and keep aside. Powder the sugar and keep aside.
  2. Heat a kadai .
  3. Now roast gramflour for around 20 min by stirring continuously.
  4. You really need to stir continuously and nicely so that it does not t get burnt and gets roasted evenly.
  5. Roast for 18 to 20 minutes till you get a nice aroma.
  6. Now add Ghee in it and fry nicely again for 5-7 minutes till you get nice nutty aroma from it and till ghee started separating.
  7. Now switch off the flame wait for a min and then add powdered sugar and dry fruits
  8. Mix it nicely. Sugar needs to be incorporated and there should be no lumps.
  9. Now let it cool or say warm enough for you to handle.
  10. Make balls from this of the size you want and let it cool nicely. Laddos are ready.
  11. You can store this in an airtight container at room temp for around a month.
