Ingredients to make Paanagam

  • jaggery grated 6tbsp
  • 3tsp cardamom powder
  • Dry ginger powder 1tbsp
  • water 1000 ml
  • Edible camphor a pinch

How to make Paanagam

  1. Dissolve jaggery in water and filter it
  2. Add cardamom powder
  3. Add dry Ginger powder
  4. Edible camphor
  5. Stir all well and serve chilled

My Tip:

A tsp of lemon juice can be added if required
