Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bambino elbows - 400 gms
  2. Red,Yellow & Green Bell peppers - 1 each cut into small cubes
  3. Onions -2 chopped finely
  4. Tomatoes - 3 chopped
  5. Garlic - 4 to 5 pods minced
  6. Chinese seasoning - about 2 tsp ( adjust to taste )
  7. Black pepper pwdr - half tsp
  8. Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder - half tsp
  10. Olive oil - about 1 and 1/2 tbsp
  11. Butter - 1 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Grated Cheese - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a big vessel put water and keep it for boiling
  2. When the water starts boiling add salt & put the elbows in it.
  3. Boil , drain & keep aside
  4. Take a kadai put oil & when hot add chopped garlic & saute for a few minutes
  5. Then add chopped onions & saute well again.
  6. Put the dry masalas and stir.
  7. Add chopped tomatoes and salt and cook till soft
  8. Now add the chopped bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes
  9. Then add the boiled macaroni.Gently mix it
  10. Put butter & cheese and mix well
  11. Serve hot with ketchup . Enjoy
