Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gs - Fresh Mustard Greens
  2. 100 gs - Dried Beef dices
  3. 1 - Medium sized Onion diced
  4. 2-3 - Tomatoes diced
  5. 2 - Big Potatoes diced
  6. 4-5 - Garlic Pods
  7. 1 - Fresh Raja Chili
  8. 1 Tsp - Turmeric Powder
  9. 2 Tsp - Mustard Oil
  10. 2-4 Cups - Water
  11. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the mustard oil and fry the onions till translucent. Add the diced tomatoes, potatoes, dried beef, Raja chili, salt, and water into a pressure cooker and pressurize it till soft. About 8 - 10 minutes.
  2. Once this is done, add the mustard greens into the curry, cook covered for another 2-3 minutes as you don't want to over cook the greens. Serve it with rice and any Naga chutney.

Can dried beef be made at home? I don't think it is available in market in my city
