Ingredients to make Mayalo Bhajis

  • Besan /gram flour- 100gms
  • Ajwain/carom seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • chilli Powder -1/2 teaspoon
  • turmeric 1 pinch
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 bunch of Mayalo leaves
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Mayalo Bhajis

  1. Make the mixture for bhajis. Mix besan, Chili powder, haldi powder, ajwain, salt and water to make a thick paste
  2. Heat the oil and deep fry
