Ingredients to make Chicken Fry

  • chicken legs 2 big or 4 small.
  • Corn flour 2tbsp
  • egg 1
  • Soy Sauce 1tsp
  • curd 1tbsp
  • garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • chilli powder 3 tbsp
  • coriander powder 1tsp
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp,or less
  • lemon juice 1/2 lemon.
  • salt
  • oil to fry

How to make Chicken Fry

  1. Cut lines on chicken legs. Mix all the other ingredients and rub on chicken pieces. Marinate and keep in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat oil and deep fry the pieces.
  3. Serve with veg salad

My Tip:

If you don't have enough time, keep marinated chicken in the refrigerator for one hour.
