All Green Oats Paratha

Ingredients to make All Green Oats Paratha

  • for dough-
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • water as needed
  • For stuffing
  • 1/2 cup masala oats
  • 1/4 cup grated bottlegourd
  • 1/4 cup finely choped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup finely choped spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • green chillies 4-5 crushed
  • finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 14 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon Juice
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make All Green Oats Paratha

  1. first make a soft dough with salt oil and water
  2. Coat it with few drops of oil and keep aside
  3. now prepare stuffing
  4. take masala oats in a bowl and add all the vegetables in it and mix well
  5. add garam masala ,black paper and salt
  6. add crushed green chilles rushed garlic and lemon juice
  7. add fresh corriander leaves
  8. mix it well
  9. there is no need to add any water in it as bottle gourd leaves water that is enough to bind it
  10. the stuffing is ready
  11. now take required amount of dough and make a ball
  12. roll it into a small circle
  13. now take a small portion of stuffing
  14. Stuff the dough circle.
  15. bring the edges together and seal them
  16. roll out the paratha
  17. Cook it so that it becomes crisp on the both sides
  18. serve with pickle, sauce, or dahi

My Tip:

You may also add red chillies. You may also add vegetables of your choice
