Egg Noodles

Ingredients to make Egg Noodles

  • atta noodles-250 gm
  • eggs-3
  • onion - 1
  • chilli green-1
  • oil -3tbsp
  • jeera-1/2 tsp
  • tomato sauce-2tbsp
  • coriander leaves-handful
  • Noodles masala-3tbsp

How to make Egg Noodles

  1. Take noodles and 1 cup (small) water. add salt and little oil and boil till noodles get soft. Remove from flame and put in a strainer and keep under cold running water.
  2. take a pan, put oil and add eggs into it and mash well. Add salt and 1tsp of noodles masala and stir well.
  3. Take a wide pan, put oil and heat. add jeera onions, green chilli and fry. when onions turn, translucent add mashed egg and mix well and add noodles little by little and mix well and add tomato sauce and noodles masala and a pinch of salt and stir well.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
