  1. Cauliflower
  2. Dough (as we prepare for paranthas)
  3. For filling - Gobhi, Onions, Green chillies, Coriander leaves, Salt, Chat masala and garam masala

Instructions

  1. Grate cauliflower and add all the spice powders, green chillies, salt coriander leaves and mix well
  2. Dust the board with wheat flour. Take dough . Take two medium sized balls from the dough and roll these into a circle of about 3 or 3.5 inches.
  3. Take a portion of the gobhi mixture and spread it on one of the rolled dough.Cover this dough with the second rolled dough. Press the edges of both the rolled dough firmly.
  4. Apply some dry flour and roll into a disc of about 8 inches or about the size of a normal roti or chapati. Cook on a hot tava using a little oil, until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Repeat the same with the remaining dough and stuffing to make 4 more parathas.
  6. Serve hot.
