I always want to include flax seeds in our diet. I came up with this recipe to make flax seeds a part of our diet.

Wash rice and urad dal in water and soak them in water along with fenugreek for 2 hours.Then grind them to a fine paste using your food processor.Add salt and mix well.
2) Take 2 cups of batter seperatly and add ragi flour , flax seeds powder and mix well , add water if the batter looks too thick.Let the batter ferment for 5 hours.
After 5 hours , heat your iron skillet and drizzle some oil .Take a ladle full of batter and spread it to a thin circle on the hot iron skillet, drizzle 2 drops of oil over the dosa.
Keep the flame in low and let the dosa cook for 3 mins.
When dosa turns light brown flip it and cook 1 more minute.
Serve hot with your favourite side dish.
