  • blueberries 12
  • honey 2 tbsp
  • flaxseed powder 4 tbsp
  • almond powder 2 tsp
  • grated almonds 2 for garnishing
  • banana slices 2 for garnishing
  • yoghurt 3 tbsp
  • milk boiled and cold 1/2 cup
  • vanilla extract 1 drop
  • sugar 2 tsp
  • some ice cubes optional

  1. Blend together bananas , blueberries , flaxseed powder , almond powder
  2. Now add vanilla extract , honey , sugar , ice cubes ( if using )
  3. Blend again in low speed
