Chinese Pulaav

Ingredients to make Chinese Pulaav

  • Basmati rice 2 cups
  • Boiled chicken shredded 2 cups
  • chicken stock 2 1/2 cups
  • French beans (cut into juliennes) 1 cup
  • carrot (cut into juliennes) 1 cup
  • capsicum (cut in juliennes) 1/2 cup
  • spring onion chopped 1 bunch
  • green chillies 2 slitted
  • Whole garam masala-
  • dalchini 2 stick
  • black cardamom 2
  • Green cardamon 2- 3
  • Whole black pepper 10
  • Shah zeera 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves 5-6
  • coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire and soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • eggs 2
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • salt as taste
  • oil 3 tbsp

How to make Chinese Pulaav

  1. Make omelette from 2 eggs and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a wok add in whole garam masala and let it crackle add in ginger garlic paste saute. Then one by one add in all vegetables and saute the add the boiled chicken egg pieces all the sauces salt pepper coriander leaves curry leaves chillies and saute and keep aside.
  3. In the chicken stock, half cook the rice. Then add the masala and stir. Cover the lid and let it cook. Serve hot.
