Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Flour (maida)
  2. Pinch of salt
  3. Water for steaming and making dough
  4. dark chocolate
  5. Milk maid
  6. Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Take a wok filled with water. Place glass bowl on water filled wok . Turn the heat on. Melt butter and crushed chocolate, granulated sugar and milkmaid.
  2. Melt chocolate well. Mix all well and keep it aside.
  3. Take the flour (maida) and add water to make stiff dough.
  4. We can now make small rolls ready to be filled by pinching off a small ball of dough and rolling each ball in your palms until you have a smooth ball of dough.
  5. You may use a rolling pin to flatten out the dough into a circle, making the edges thinner than the middle
  6. Now that you have a small, flat, circular piece of dough, you are ready to add the filling and give the momo shape. You can give it any shape of your choice.
  7. However, the easiest is half moon shape and the most commonly used is round dumpling shape.
  8. Now these are ready to be steamed. But without any stuffing
  9. Steam these momos in an idli/dhokla utensil for about 10 minutes.
  10. After streaming take the momos out any put the chocolate sauce into it.
  11. Enjoy
