Ingredients to make Stuffed Lauki (bottle gourd)Paratha

  • Grated lauki 2 tbsp
  • Carom seeds(ajwain) 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Small chopped onion 1
  • Green chilli 1
  • gram flour 1 or 1 1/2 tsp
  • wheat flour as required
  • water
  • ghee as required

How to make Stuffed Lauki (bottle gourd)Paratha

  1. Put grated bottle gourd in pressure cooker and cook for 1 whistle without adding water and open immediately and put it aside
  2. Heat a frypan and add chopped onion and green chilli. Saute it for 2 min and add ginger garlic paste after few sec add cooked grated bottle gourd in it
  3. Add salt and turmeric and fry for 10 - 15 min or till water completely absorbs
  4. Now add coriander powder, black pepper, ajwain and gram flour and cook more 5 minutes.our stuffing is ready
  5. Take wheat flour , coriander leaves ,salt and knead smooth dough using water
  6. Divide dough into small balls
  7. Now take 1 dough ball and fill the stuff inside and seal it and make paratha using ghee
  8. Similarly make paratha with remaining balls

My Tip:

After adding grated bottle gourd in pan be patient and remove water completely then only add other masala
