ABOUT Avacado and Almond Salad RECIPE

A quick nutty salad for a nutritious early morning boost

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6-8 Whole Almonds
  2. 1 Avacado, fully ripe
  3. 1 cup of Salad Greens or Lettuce
  4. 1/2 cup black olives
  5. 3-4 Baby Tomatoes
  6. 2 tbsp Almond Oil
  7. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  8. 1 tsp honey
  9. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop almonds into halves and add to the mix the salad greens, avocado, baby tomatoes and black olives.
  2. In a separate bowl. take the almond oil, salt and pepper, lemon juice and honey and mix well.
  3. While serving, mix the dressing and vegetables and serve cool.
