Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup sooji
  2. 1 .5 cup mix vegetables
  3. I have used carrot,beans,peas and capsicum
  4. One onion chopped
  5. Green chilies
  6. 2.5 cups water
  7. grated ginger
  8. Salt
  9. Grated coconut 2 tsp
  10. oil
  11. Sugar 1 tsp.
  12. Lemon

Instructions

  1. Dry roast suji till it changes colour
  2. Steam all vegetables for 5 minutes
  3. Take oil in a pan
  4. Add mustard seeds and green chilies and ginger and onion chopped and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add all the vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add suji and salt and sugar and 2.5 cups water.
  6. Mix well . veggie Upma is ready. Garnish with coconut and lemon.
