ABOUT Punjabi Style Gobhi Parathas RECIPE

Perfect for winters. My mother in law makes super tasty parathas and she doesn't add any masala except salt.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Grated gobhi 2 cups
  2. Ginger grated 2 tsp
  3. Salt
  4. Green chilies
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Chat masala and amchur powder (optional)
  7. Wheat flour dough
  8. Oil or ghee.


  1. Grate gobhi and ginger. Squeeze and remove excess water. Mix green chilies and coriander. Your stuffing is ready
  2. Make a ball from dough. Make a small circle with a rolling pin then add stuffing and salt accordingly. Bring the edges together and make round parathas.
  3. Apply ghee or oil over tawa and fry the parathas from sides. Serve hot
