Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2cups Dosa batter
  2. 6 Bread Slices
  3. 1 onion (chopped)
  4. oil
  5. Potato Masala -
  6. 2 Potatoes (cooked)
  7. 1 Onion (chopped)
  8. 2 Green chillies (chopped)
  9. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  10. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  11. 1tsp garam masala powder
  12. oil
  13. Salt
  14. few curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat enough oil, add cumin seeds and curry leaves, add the chopped onions,chopped green chillies,saute until the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add the garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt and cook in medium flame, sprinkle some water and cook until the onions get cooked.
  3. Finally add the mashed potatoes,cook for few more minutes until the masala gets well cooked. Keep aside to cool.
  4. Assembling - Heat few drops of oil, add the onions and saute until the onions turn translucent, add onions to the dosa batter. Take the onion loaded dosa batter in a flat plate.
  5. Place the potato masala inside a bread slice, top it with an another bread slice. Now spoon the dosa batter well over the prepared sandwich.
  6. Heat enough oil in a tawa, place the prepared sandwich to the hot tawa, cook in medium flame until the crust turns brown, flip the sandwich and cook well the other side.
  7. Slice it into two and serve immediately.
